Customers are responsible for ensuring they order the correct product. Any return is subject to a 10% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping cost.
All orders placed before 1PM EST will ship the same day as long as stock is on hand.
Due to heat restrictions Powder Coating Products recommends not shipping on Fridays between May 1st - September 15th. Powder Coating Products will ship if customers insist. During this time period, expedited shipping is recommended.
For now, Powder Coating Products will only ship domestically. We will update our customers if this changes.
Any errors in shipment or product quality must be reported to Powder Coating Products within two business days of receiving your order.
