Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring they order the correct product. Returns will not be accepted. 

All orders placed before 1PM EST will ship the same day as long as stock is on hand.

Due to heat restrictions TCI recommends not shipping on Fridays between May 1st - September 15th. TCI will ship if customers insist. During this time period, expedited shipping is recommended.

For now, TCI will only ship domestically. We will update our customers if this changes.

Any errors in shipment or product quality must be reported to within two business days of receiving your order.
